What is the appropriate dosage for me?

-The recommended average dose is 3 caplets to be taken in the morning 30 minutes prior to first meal. With that said, each person’s physiology is unique and different and many factors contribute to optimal dosages for individual needs. Can I use other supplements with Elevate?

Can I take Elevate with medications?

-For the most part Elevate can be safely used with other medications, doses are kept low in Elevate for this consideration and it should not interact with most psychiatric medications. If you are already taking an SSRI, MAOI, or TCA for the treatment of depression you can consult with your physician.

Are there any side effects?

-Possible side effects may include GI distress, headache or nausea but it should be well tolerated and sometimes the body may take a few days to adjust. If side effects persist then adjust dose accordingly or discontinue use. Keep in mind that it can be energizing and stimulating which is why it is important to take Elevate in the morning. If you experience an overactivation of mood then decrease dose.

When will I feel the effects?

-Some people may feel the effects in as little as 7 days of regular use, while for others it may take up to 6 weeks of regular use. After the initial trial of 6 weeks, some people may require a small increase in dosage for optimal targeting of symptoms. Regular and consistent use is important when dealing with the brain.

Can I have caffeine with this pill?

-For optimal use it should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. For the first few days try to not ingest caffeine, or try to at least reduce caffeine intake to properly judge how Elevate is affecting you and give your body time to adjust. After the first week you can go back to your usual caffeine use, as long as it is 30 minutes after you take Elevate. Be careful as too much caffeine can interfere with optimal mental health and may not be necessary when using these supplements.
